Shipping & Delivery

Your packaged shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex, or an LTL freight carrier, with tracking and drop-off without signature. Any product not in stock can take upto 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.  If you are need of a product by a specific date, then please contact us to discuss logistics.  If you prefer delivery via Fedex with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Any applicable shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees - if applicable - are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.  If you are in need of an item immediately, and require it to be expedited, please call ahead prior to ordering to discuss logistics, and applicable costs.  FOR A LIMITED TIME, ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ARE INCLUDED.  ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.

Terms and Conditions

All Mortuary Stretchers and other items sold by Funeral Supply Store are covered by a One Year manufacturer warranty.  Any manufacturing defects will be replaced, or repaired, at NO cost to the customer. Funeral Supply Store Supply's liability is limited to the terms of our defective product replacement warranty only.

If there is any defect found on the product, then call our toll free number, 800-392-2936, and we will work to resolve, repair, or replace the defected item.

Funeral Supply Store offers a 30 day money back guarantee.  To qualify, the item(s) must not have been USED, or OPENED, and have to be in "like-new" condition when returned to our facility.  To return an item, you must first contact support at 1-800-392-2936 to receive a return authorization code.  All shipping costs for the returned item, or items, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Once the item is received, we will inspect the item, or items, to determine if they have incurred any damages.   Once we have assessed the condition of the item(s) returned to us, we will refund the original purchase amount paid for the item(s), less the shipping cost we incurred to deliver the item(s) to the buyer, less a $50 restocking fee, and if applicable, less any damages incurred to the item(s) returned.  This includes items purchased with our free shipping promotion, as this is a real cost to us and this cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and a copy of the paid invoice for this cost will be provided to the buyer.   The net refunded amount will be mailed to the buyer in the form of a check. (EXAMPLE: If buyer paid $850 for an item, and our cost to ship the item to buyer was $100, and item was returned with no damages, then buyer would receive a refund check for $700 which is calculated as $850 minus $100 shipping and minus the $50 restocking fee.)

Funeral Supply Store does not offer the 30 day money back guarantee for items purchased at a reduced price, items ordered in bulk (4 individual items or more), used items or items built to a unique specification per buyer's instruction.

Funeral Supply Store now accepts checks written from a valid business checking account.  Items paid with a check will not ship until the check clears, which may take up to 3 to 5 business days.

Pricing and Promotions on products are subject to change.  If you have received a promotional mail piece, with special pricing not posted on the website for the specific product on the mailer, then call 800-392-2936 to process your order by telephone.
